About the team:
The Global Banking Technology & Operations (GBTO) unit delivers services to GBIS Business Units and clients. The IT teams translate ideas into action, combining IT expertise with investment banking understanding. The OPER teams process and control transactions initiated by GBIS business lines.
Within Société Générale CIB, the IT department provides business units with Information Systems. Based in London, you will join the Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Support team, supporting FIC operations in London.
Summary of Key Purposes of the Role:
As a Senior Application Support, you will support market activities primarily for Front Office users in London, Paris, and EMEA, addressing functional and technical issues impacting pricing, electronic market contributions, negotiations, and STP booking, with exposure to risk and P&L considerations.
