Qualifications
- 5+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience with LMA documentation and sophisticated financing structures
- Commercially minded with strong client management
- Experience supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development
Responsibilities
- Advise lenders and borrowers on fund finance facilities
- Draft and negotiate facility agreements and related documents
- Lead transactions from structuring through completion across jurisdictions
- Advise on private equity, real estate, infrastructure and other funds sectors
- Mentor junior lawyers and support business development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the team
