ClientEarth's Business Development team in London is expanding, joining a nine‑strong team with a global outlook. This fixed-term contract runs to 31 August 2027 and supports a 3‑year fundraising strategy with a healthy pipeline of prospects and strong leadership relationships.

The role focuses on researching prospects, aligning funder priorities, drafting cases and proposals, and coordinating across stakeholders to secure multi‑year grants.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fundraising or business development for a charity or NGO.
• Proven ability to draft compelling proposals for trusts/foundations and secure multi-year grants.
• Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders in complex proposal processes.
• Strong project management to drive proposal development against deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Research and prioritise new funding prospects to build a quality pipeline.
• Assess funder alignment with strategic priorities and recommend next steps.
• Draft cases for support, funding proposals and concept notes.
• Meet funder contacts to discuss interests, present proposals and manage expectations with leadership support.
