Job summary

Charity People is partnering with a Rugby Foundation in Twickenham to recruit a Senior Fundraising and Engagement Manager. You will shape and lead fundraising strategy, building income from major donors, trusts, and individual giving while directing supporter engagement across campaigns and channels.

You will work closely with the Foundation Director to establish pipelines, targets and robust reporting, driving income growth and helping the Foundation realise ambitious community impact through

Qualifications

• Proven senior fundraising success across income streams.
• Experience with major donors, trusts and/or individual giving.
• Excellent relationship-building, storytelling and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major donors.
• Collaborate with trustees to leverage networks.
• Develop trusts and grants programme with prospecting, applications and reporting.
• Develop the Foundation's case for support and communicate it across campaigns.
