Job summary

Ampleforth Abbey Trust is seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to grow our fundraising revenue and donor community. You will develop stewardship tools, drive individual giving, legacies and corporate partnerships, and report to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Development.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage a fundraising database, and ensure compliance and effective donor communications across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experienced fundraiser with charity sector background.
• Proven ability to manage individual giving campaigns and events.
• Strong donor stewardship and communications skills.
• Experience in developing fundraising strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategy with leadership, including giving, legacies, partnerships.
• Manage Individual Giving Programme and donor acquisitions to meet targets.
• Lead Legacy Programme and multi-channel donor engagement.
• Develop and manage major donor portfolio and partnerships.
• Oversee corporate fundraising and new partnerships.
• Create fundraising content and coordinate campaigns and events.
