Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in fundraising? Join World Animal Protection as our Senior Innovation Fundraiser and play a pivotal role in developing new ways to acquire and engage supporters. You'll work closely with our Cash and Regular Giving teams to deliver compelling digital campaigns, explore emerging platforms, and help shape the future of individual giving. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on generating and testing new ideas, using data insights to optimise performance, and driving innovation across digital fundraising products and donor propositions.

In this role, you'll lead on new product development and test innovative fundraising opportunities, while supporting existing digital donor acquisition and fostering collaboration across teams. You'll also ensure knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement through the development and management of our insights hub and proposition bank. If you're an excellent communicator, a confident collaborator, and excited by the challenge of future-proofing supporter acquisition in a fast-paced global charity, we’d love to hear from you.
