You will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain compliance, and support the Funding Operations Manager on complex queries, reporting, and process improvements within a developing environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with grant making and grant management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grants and contract management activities and keep systems up to date.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure grant processes run smoothly.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the grants management system, and assist with audits.
• Provide cover for Funding Operations Manager and support requests from funders.
• Support development of Salesforce and other processes with user guidance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor grants, contracts, and spend.
• Ensure timely payments and compliance with grant and contract terms.
