Janus Henderson Group is seeking an experienced NAV Operations professional in London to oversee fund data and NAV delivery from third party administrators. You will ensure accuracy, monitor mechanisms such as swing pricing, fair value and performance fees, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Formación

• Fund Administration and NAV experience, including swing pricing, fair value and performance fees.
• Interpersonal/relationship skills with Distribution and Product teams as well as fund managers.
• Numerate with analytical skills using Excel and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fund services and data delivered by TPAs for timeliness and accuracy of NAV delivery.
• Understand mechanisms across funds, eg swing pricing, NAV fair value, performance fees.
• Oversee monthly NAVs, portfolio turnover and performance fee calculations.
• Develop relationships with TPAs and internal teams to resolve NAV issues.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Your opportunity

• Support the business by overseeing and controlling the fund services and data delivered by Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for timeliness and accuracy of daily NAV delivery to internal and external clients
• Understand the various mechanisms in operation across the funds ensuring correct application. For example swing pricing, fund level fair value, performance fees
• Oversee periodic fund accounting data delivery (for example month end NAVs, portfolio turnover and performance fee calculations)
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with TPAs and internal Janus Henderson departments to support the business with queries, transition events and efficient resolution of issues impacting NAV delivery
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

• Fund Administration and NAV experience, including various mechanisms such as swing pricing, fair value and performance fees
• Interpersonal/relationship skills, ability to liaise with Distribution and Product teams as well as fund managers and other teams
• Numerate with analytical skills using Excel, attention to detail and thoroughness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Committed team player able to work effectively with colleagues across functions to resolve issues impacting NAV delivery

Nice to have skills

• Knowledge of OTC derivative instruments
• Bloomberg experience
