Job summary

Praxis, a leading independent provider of private wealth and fund services, seeks a Senior Manager to support UK CIS Operator activities and AIFM services from London. You will help deliver governance, regulatory compliance, and client-facing service delivery across UK, Channel Islands and international structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within UK fund services or regulatory hosting environments.
• Experience supporting FCA regulatory interactions, submissions or supervisory requests.
• Strong understanding of delegation, oversight and governance frameworks.
• Experience launching/onboarding UK fund structures or emerging managers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Commercial awareness and interest in supporting business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and regulatory compliance frameworks across UK fund structures.
• Onboard and manage first-time and emerging fund managers.
• Support FCA engagements, regulatory submissions and supervisory information requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with asset managers, sponsors and advisers.
• Contribute to growth of operator-led and hosted fund propositions.
