Job Description:

Aria Partners is supporting a high-performing Private Credit Fund in appointing a Senior Fund Operations Manager into a newly created position. The fund has experienced a successful fundraising period and aims to continue scaling.

This senior, strategic role requires a hands-on approach. The successful candidate will manage a team involved in operations and fund control, serving as a key liaison between investment professionals and support teams. They will also contribute to developing operational infrastructure as the firm grows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing fund finance and portfolio reporting for both open and closed-ended structures
• Managing the fund audit process with external auditors
• Handling daily operations of private credit portfolios, including loan closings, settlements, reconciliations, and investor reporting
• Acting as the main contact for third-party service providers
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID, PRIIPS)
• Facilitating communication between the investment team and operational infrastructure
• Leading, mentoring, and guiding the operations team
• Driving process improvements and building operational capabilities as the business grows

Requirements include:

• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant experience in private credit roles
• Strong understanding of private credit instruments such as syndicated loans, direct lending, and NAV facilities
• Experience with CLOs is a plus but not required

The compensation package is around £140,000 plus bonus and benefits.
