Position: Senior Fund Operations Manager

Aria Partners is supporting a high-performing Private Credit Fund that is looking to appoint a Senior Fund Operations Manager in a newly created role. The fund has experienced a successful fundraising period and plans to continue scaling.

This is a senior, strategically focused position requiring a hands-on approach. The incumbent will manage a team across operations and fund control, serving as a key liaison between investment professionals and support teams. Additionally, the individual will play a significant role in developing operational infrastructure as the firm grows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee fund finance and portfolio reporting for both open and closed-ended structures.
2. Manage the fund audit process in collaboration with external auditors.
3. Handle day-to-day operations of private credit portfolios, including loan closings, settlements, cash and position reconciliations, and investor reporting.
4. Act as the primary contact for third-party service providers, ensuring effective oversight.
5. Maintain ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID, PRIIPS).
6. Serve as a conduit between the investment team and operational infrastructure.
7. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the operations team.
8. Drive process optimization and contribute to building operational capabilities as the business evolves.

Requirements:

• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant experience in private credit roles.
• Deep understanding of private credit instruments such as syndicated loans, direct lending, and NAV facilities.
• Experience with CLOs is advantageous but not essential.

The package offers circa £140,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
