Job Description:

Aria Partners is supporting a high-performing Private Credit Fund in a newly created Senior Fund Operations Manager role. The fund has experienced significant fundraising success and aims to continue scaling.

This senior, strategic position requires a hands-on approach. The successful candidate will manage a team covering operations and fund control, acting as a key liaison between investment professionals and support teams. Additionally, the role involves developing operational infrastructure as the firm grows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing fund finance and portfolio reporting for open and closed-ended structures
• Managing the fund audit process with external auditors
• Handling daily operations like loan closings, settlements, reconciliations, and investor reporting
• Coordinating with third-party service providers
• Ensuring compliance with regulations (MiFID, PRIIPS, etc.)
• Connecting investment and operational teams
• Leading and mentoring the operations team
• Optimizing processes and building operational capabilities

Requirements include:

• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant experience in private credit
• Deep knowledge of private credit instruments (syndicated loans, direct lending, NAV facilities)
• Experience with CLOs is a plus but not essential

Compensation is circa £140,000 plus bonus and benefits.
