Job summary

Bruin in London is seeking an experienced Fund Design and Product Development specialist to join our team, supporting the development and launch of sophisticated investment products.

This senior, client-facing role requires a track record of taking complex fund solutions from concept and structuring through regulatory approval, implementation and launch, working with institutional clients, asset managers, pension providers and wealth platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in fund development.
• Experience in asset management or related fund services.
• Strong private markets experience.
• Knowledge of UCITS, AIFs, ELTIFs, UCI Part II funds and cross-border funds.
• Experience launching liquid and alternative fund structures across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Shape fund structures and develop commercially viable solutions with clients.
• Lead design and structuring of new investment products across asset classes and fund vehicles.
• Act as a primary client contact throughout the launch lifecycle, coordinating internal/external teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with external providers and regulators to ensure robust, compliant fund structures.
