Job summary

Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a boutique hedge fund to hire a Fund Controller into their Finance team. The role covers broad fund accounting across a multi-strategy platform with NAV oversight, fund accounting, management accounts, and support for new fund launches.

The successful candidate will typically be at Fund Controller or Senior Fund Accountant level, with around seven years of relevant experience (ACA/ACCA qualified) and background in hedge funds or large investment banks.

Qualifications

• Approximately seven years of relevant experience.
• ACA or ACCA qualification required.
• Experience in hedge funds or large investment banks preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NAVs and fund accounting fundamentals.
• Experience in multi-strategy or multi-asset environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core fund finance activities including NAV oversight.
• Perform fund accounting and prepare management accounts.
• Support new fund launches and other business activities.
• Provide broader finance ownership within the fund platform.
