Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced, motivated, and ambitious individual with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a Funds environment to manage and administer two significant open ended umbrella fund structures, striving for excellent client service and delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing periodic management accounts packs and other required reports;
  2. Dealing with client queries;
  3. Bookkeeping investment funds;
  4. Calculating income and expenses of Investment funds;
  5. Inputting payments using online banking systems;
  6. Undertaking KYC/AML checks on applicants for shares in Investment funds;
  7. Achieving chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
  2. Good administrative, organisation, numeracy and communication skills;
  3. Attention to detail;
  4. Ability to manage own workload and prioritise;
  5. Flexible, with ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
  6. Ability to develop comprehensive understanding of structures in place and transactions and operations;
  7. Good team player.
