Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a skilled Funds/Private Equity Operations professional to join the PE Operations team in the UK. You will support accounting tasks, liaise with Investment Advisor and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables across complex fund administration activities.

The role requires an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA), strong communication skills, and solid MS Excel capabilities. Experience with Investran is advantageous for efficient processing.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and familiarity with UK, US and Lux GAAPs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of Investran is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide premier client service by building strong relationships with Investment Advisor and third parties
• Develop knowledge of client bespoke requirements for key processes
• Resolve complex issues and queries with clients and internal teams
• Deliver client deliverables and manage deadlines with the team
• Lead and monitor junior staff and reviews of their work
