Your role

To work within FLEETCOR’s technology function to deliver effective support to both external clients/suppliers and colleagues across all applications. Responsible for investigating software issues raised by clients, identifying the appropriate solution, and prioritizing against the client’s business requirements, planned future development, and available resources.

What you'll be doing

• Investigate verified application issues within defined timelines depending on priority.
• Identify resolutions while ensuring the integrity of the software application for the customer base.
• Create detailed technical support documentation where required.
• Provide support and guidance to users and colleagues.
• Work closely with Design, Test, and Development teams to understand future functionality and deliver consolidated solutions.
• Specify, develop, and implement interfaces to support the core product.
• Contribute to detailed estimates of resource timings.
• Monitor personal project performance and take corrective actions to meet project goals.
