Job summary

HealthHero is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end features for our B2C digital clinic. You will craft patient journeys from React frontend to server-side integrations, including payments, clinical systems and pharmacy fulfillment.

You will lead design for multi-tenant, white-label platforms across UK, Ireland, Germany, and partners, focusing on accessibility, performance and reliability while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web apps with React/TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js (App Router, server components)
• Fullstack backend experience (.NET/C#, REST APIs)
• Payments/subscriptions experience (Stripe)
• Testing habit: Vitest/Jest and Playwright/Cypress
• UI development with Tailwind and accessible components
• CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows (GitLab)
• Experience with multi-tenant / white-label platforms

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing features across Next.js frontend and BFF
• Integrate with Medusa, Stripe, clinical APIs, and CMS
• Lead technical design for new services and markets
• Ensure accessible, responsive UI across patient touchpoints
• Maintain quality with tests and automated pipelines
• Collaborate with product, design and clinical teams
