Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in analytics, data pipelines, and marketing automation. The role involves leading the development of data-driven features to help enterprises measure and optimize their digital interactions. Key responsibilities include migrating our backend from Flask to Django and designing scalable API solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop analytics and reporting tools for user engagement and marketing insights.
2. Build and optimize data pipelines for tracking user interactions.
3. Collaborate with co-founders and product teams to architect marketing and analytics features.
4. Support migration from Flask to Django.
5. Adapt APIs for integration with CRM and marketing platforms.
6. Enhance frontend visualizations using React and TypeScript.
7. Implement event tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing frameworks.
8. Deploy and monitor applications on AWS services.
9. Ensure data security, compliance, and performance.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of software engineering experience, especially in backend development.
2. Experience with analytics and marketing tools development.
3. Proficiency in Django (or Flask) and PostgreSQL.
4. Understanding of data pipelines, event tracking, and API integrations.
5. Frontend skills in React, TypeScript, and visualization frameworks.
6. Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, CloudFormation, ECS.
7. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and monitoring tools.
8. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Bonus Points:

1. Experience with event tracking tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment.
2. Knowledge of AI/ML models for marketing insights.
3. Experience with Redis, Huey, or Celery for background tasks.
