Role Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Duration: contract to run until 31/12/2025

Location: London, hybrid working

Rate: up to £414 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Role purpose / summary

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to aid in our development efforts in a collaborative team to deliver the next generation of customer authorization solutions supporting business applications. This role encourages new perspectives, creative thinking and rewards individuals who are passionate about technology and problem solving. The ideal candidate brings experience developing containerized applications and a familiarity with security concepts. We value the ability to team with engineers & architects across organizations and communicate clearly throughout the development lifecycle

Key Skills/ requirements

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, RESTful and/or GraphQL API development
• Experience implementing policy-based authorization solutions with Open Policy Agent (OPA)
• Proven experience designing and implementing container-based solutions, preferably Kubernetes on EKS or AKS
• Adept at communicating technical solutions, risks, and business value to peers and leadership in written, spoken, and presentation form
• Strong development skills capable of working under minimal direction
• Dedication to learning new and sophisticated technologies and able to guide others about those technologies
