Job summary

IC Resources in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Full-stack Software Engineer to join a growing team building a global public facing web/cloud platform used across engineering industries.

You will work on frontend with TypeScript and React and backend with Python or Go, with GraphQL a plus, and MySQL. The role is hybrid—3 days onsite—with modern offices and ample parking.

• Strong UI development experience with TypeScript & React.
• Backend development experience with Python or Go; GraphQL is a plus.

Job description

Global software and engineering technology company is looking to expand its software engineering team in Cambridge. You will be working on a range of new development projects for a significant public facing web/cloud platform that is used extensively across the globe by the engineering industries and communities.

Key skills/experience required:

• Proven experience as a Full-stack Software Engineer or in a similar development role; at least 4+ years of experience in Full-stack web application development
• Having concrete experience in UI development with TypeScript & React
• Having concrete experience in Backend Development with Python or Go
• Having experience in GraphQL is a significant plus
• Understanding of common Relational Database (e.g. MySQL)
• Experience in containerized development, CI/CD, and Kubernetes is a plus
• A good understanding of Elasticsearch is beneficial

Hybrid role - 3 days per week onsite. They have very modern well equipped offices with plenty of parking available.
