Senior Full Stack Python Developer

Python | Node | GCP | AI | Distributed backend systems | InsurTech

Our AI driven InsurTech client is building out a brand new engineering team (Full stack Python Engineers - Fully remote) on a permanent basis.

Company Overview: Our client is redefining the Insurance space through the use of AI. The specific space they operate in is ripe for disruption and was founded by an industry leading Chief Claims Officer and backed by an excellent investment team/advisory board. They have recently received over 3 million in initial funding.

The Role: You'll be instrumental in building and scaling their AI-powered processing platform and creating robust, scalable applications that integrate cutting-edge AI technologies. You will develop the UIs and backend systems that power their innovative products.

Location: Fully remote

Experience:

1. Python and Node / TypeScript
2. JS library experience with React.js, Next.js (Vercel) or similar
3. GCP
4. Strong experience in developing data intensive distributed backend systems on cloud
5. Comfortable working in a rapidly moving and ambiguous environment
6. Passion for staying current with the latest web technologies and best practices

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of AI concepts (ideally LLMs and their applications)
