Job summary

Huxley Associates in London is seeking a Senior Full Stack Lead Engineer to join an investment banking client. This permanent hybrid role combines front-end and back-end leadership across ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript and C#/.NET, with ASP.NET and REST APIs in a regulated financial environment.

The role demands hands-on delivery, mentoring, and guiding DevSecOps and SDLC practices, while driving architectural decisions in a 50/50 home/office setup.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software engineering within large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and C#/.NET.
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed application development.
• Understanding of modern frontend engineering practices and component-based architectures.

Job description

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant hands-on experience in software engineering within large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and C#/.NET.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience in distributed application development.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend engineering practices and component-based architectures.
• Deep experience working within a highly regulated financial services institution, demonstrating understanding of the pace and complexity of financial organisations.
