Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join a software provider who works within the care sector. This company makes a real difference that directly affects people's lives.

They are seeking both mid-level and senior Full Stack Developers with PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js experience.

You will work closely with their existing development and quality assurance teams, and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions within commercial deadlines. They are looking for someone who thrives in a team setting, and is eager to contribute to the success of their projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features
2. Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and code reviews
3. Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills

1. Strong knowledge of the Laravel PHP Framework
2. Strong knowledge of the Vue JS and Nuxt Frameworks (Preferably Composition API)
3. Strong knowledge of Git and version control as a whole
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team

Desirable Skills

1. Knowledge or familiarity with websockets
2. Knowledge or familiarity with TypeScript
3. Familiarity with code reviews and pair-programming

You will be based full time in the office in Stafford initially while you settle in before moving to a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office.
