Job summary

Infused Solutions in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to improve platform reliability, performance and engineering standards across our SaaS platforms.

You’ll investigate production issues, identify root causes, and drive long-term improvements while collaborating with engineering teams. This onsite, permanent role offers autonomy, technical challenge and scope to shape engineering quality and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Software Developer/Senior Developer or equivalent.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving.
• Experience in complex production environments.
• Understanding of architecture, performance bottlenecks, and system behaviour.
• Hands-on development with C#, JavaScript Angular, SQL.
• Ability to investigate across multi-layer stacks.
• Independent, ownership mindset, collaborative.

• Investigate and resolve complex production and platform issues.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
• Improve platform reliability and product quality.
• Profile applications, tune performance, optimisation.
