Location: Remote first, with office available in central London

Type: Full-time or 4 days per week

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 depending on the experience (negotiable)

The role

Do you have the initiative to own and morph our complex roadmap?

The role will require a self starter, with an eye for strategy and project management as well as solid, hands-on, coding skills. You will have a desire to help people through tech innovation, and you will want to overhaul how things work in an industry ripe for disruption.

You’ll be working with a dynamic & forward thinking team, with lots of teamwork & open discussion, especially for problem solving.

The product team currently consists of 1 full stack / front end dev, 1 designer, 1 tech support/tester, and 2 product owners.

Our roadmap features the following:

AI bots for chat, legal advice, document drafting

Fully automated AI lawyer in the long term

Most people have never used a lawyer and we want to change that, ideally on a global scale.

We have an ambitious, multi-year roadmap including the integration of our bespoke AI solutions. We’re looking for energetic developers to help us deliver tech-based legal help to millions of people over the next few years.

We encourage health and wellness and 9-5:30 (UK) working hours. We operate with a startup mentality but within a long-term stable, self-funded business with a proven track record.

We are officially based in London but our culture is remote first with very few meetings in real life.

Our staff are currently located in London, all over the UK, Joburg (admin), Argentina (tech support).
