Qualifications

• 5+ years’ proven experience in a Full Stack Engineering role.
• Experience taking ownership of delivery for services across the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of architectural and design patterns, including microservices.
• Experience in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience mentoring less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for engineering and delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Take ownership of the design of components or services.
• Partner with Delivery Managers to plan and structure technical activities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to client counterparts.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to colleagues.
