Job summary

Alexander Charles is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and ship end-to-end features for an AI governance platform. You will own features from concept to production, making pragmatic architectural decisions in a fast-moving startup.

You’ll work with the Director of Technology and close collaboration with UI/UX leads and the wider engineering team to shape the product and the engineering process for an AI-native service.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years shipping production software end-to-end as a senior.
• Strong Python backend development experience in scalable systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship full-stack features including Python backend on AWS and TS/React frontend.
• Operate cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes, EKS) and automate SDLC steps.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Lead to convert designs into accessible interfaces.
