Job summary

Taktile is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build features across the AI agent platform, from the backend runtime to the frontend UX. You will work with Python (FastAPI) on AWS serverless, and React/TypeScript on the frontend, delivering production features and improving reliability.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days per week in London, Berlin, or Iași. You will own end-to-end development, participate in on-call rotation eventually, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to ship

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals with a focus on robust, maintainable code.
• Fluent English written and spoken for remote collaboration.
• Prior experience building full-stack web apps (not entry-level).
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript and building rich UI interfaces.
• Experience with Python back-end development, RESTful APIs, and databases.
• Experience integrating with AWS or similar cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features for the AI agent platform (backend in Python, frontend in React/TypeScript).
• Develop conversational copilot experiences, including chat UI, streaming responses, and human-in-the-loop flows.
• Improve agent orchestration, tool integration, and error handling across the stack.
• Own features from scope through testing, release, and iteration based on usage.
• Engage in team rituals and contribute to CI/CD improvements and test coverage.
