Job summary

Winton is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to deliver end-to-end post-trade and reporting software. You will collaborate directly with operations, fund accounting and senior management, owning solutions from requirements gathering to deployment.

The role focuses on C#/.NET backend, Angular/TypeScript frontend, and data technologies (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in finance.
• Strong backend capability in C#/.NET and API design.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks for user-friendly UIs.
• Comfort with AI coding tools as part of daily work.
• Interest in financial markets and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core post-trade systems: confirmations, trade support, treasury, corporate actions, reconciliations, fund accounting.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs and data integrations.
• Build and maintain internal UIs focusing on performance and usability.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, release and support.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support production systems and fix issues as needed.
• Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing.
