Job summary

Junior is building the AI operating system for investment research and shaping a fast-moving product in London. You will own features across frontend, backend and data layers, shipping weekly and engaging directly with paying clients.

We value 5+ years of engineering experience, deep SQL knowledge, and a product-minded, highly autonomous contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, in-person team in Farringdon.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong in TypeScript, Next.js and PostgreSQL.
• Able to build a polished React/Next.js interface or solve a difficult TypeScript problem live.
• Solid foundations in data structures, system design and PostgreSQL.
• High-agency and product-minded.
• Owned projects end to end and shipped without a detailed specification.
• Clear communication and client-facing capabilities.
• London-based or willing to relocate to work with the team in Farringdon.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across frontend, backend and data layer.
• Ship on a weekly cadence, not quarterly.
• Speak directly with clients using what you build and use feedback to shape decisions.
• Help define Junior’s engineering culture as the team doubles.
