Scale AI in York is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale Scale GP, our Generative AI platform. You’ll own major full-stack product areas, delivering features from design to production deployment.

You will work across the stack—from React/TypeScript frontends to Python backends—integrating with LLMs, vector databases, and ML infrastructure.

The role emphasizes performance, reliability, and a strong product experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience.
• Strong experience building full-stack apps with React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes, microservice architectures and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, or other AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own major full-stack product areas from design through production deployment.
• Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript for performance and usability.
• Develop reliable backend services in Python with scalable data pipelines and ML integrations.
• Integrate with LLMs and AI infrastructure to power product experiences.
