The ideal Senior Full Stack Engineer will bring cross-functional agility that will drive faster releases, improve team flexibility, and reduce bottlenecks.

This isn’t a team bogged down by corporate overhead. You’ll be given autonomy, ownership, and the space to engineer high-impact systems. Your work will span new feature development, support compliance workflows, and build toward longer-term innovation using AI and LLMs — a major strategic priority across the group.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong full stack experience with Angular and Python (Django REST)
• Confidence working independently across front and backend tasks
• Experience in smaller teams or scale-ups, comfortable with autonomy and initiative
• Background in compliance, RegTech, FinTech is a plus, but not essential
• Familiarity or interest in using AI to help ship code is highly desirable
