  • Contribute proactively in technical planning, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
  • Advocate for best practices that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and performance.
  • Implement analytics and instrumentation to measure feature effectiveness and user behavior.
  • Collaborate in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and experiments.
  • Continuously translate insights into actionable improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years in fullstack or product engineering roles.
  • Backend development experience with Node.js or Spring (Java).
  • Proficiency working with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping impactful user-facing features.
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD processes and modern version control (Git).
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-informed development.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with creator tools, social media platforms, or similar user-generated content products.
  • Familiarity with design systems, responsive UI patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, job queues, or webhooks.

Who You Are

  • User-focused: You consistently think from the user's perspective to build intuitive and engaging solutions.
  • Outcome-oriented: Driven by results, you understand the balance between quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and thrive in clear, direct communication.
