ROLE: Senior Full Stack Engineer (focus on .Net)

Our clients include major sports and entertainment brands such as the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. With nearly 1000 employees across 14 offices worldwide, we deliver tailored solutions for clients of all sizes.

Job Description

As part of our growth, we are expanding our technical team and seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our London office. The successful candidate will influence our technology offerings, support consulting projects, and advise clients on technical solutions.

Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in designing and delivering digital solutions, with a keen interest in sports technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical scope for global sports projects.
2. Advocate for developer experience and continuous improvement.
3. Promote a culture of technical excellence and blameless post-mortems.
4. Create architectural diagrams and technical specifications for multi-platform strategies.
5. Contribute to technical design and development of digital projects.
6. Establish software development frameworks for deployment, automation, and code quality.
7. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers.
8. Stay updated on emerging sports technology trends.
9. Be present in our London office at least 2 days a week; occasional travel within London and EMEA may be required.

Requirements

1. At least 7 years of software engineering experience.
2. Proficiency in C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React.
3. Experience with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
4. Experience in agile development, continuous integration, and automated testing.
5. Understanding of DevOps culture and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
6. Knowledge of Kubernetes is desirable.
7. Experience monitoring application performance with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, or Sentry.
8. Strong advocate for performant applications and simplicity in problem-solving.
9. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across audiences.
10. Experience with high-traffic service development is a plus.
