Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Django + React Native / Expo)

Location: Remote (UK timezone, 4 hours +/- overlap required)

Responsibilities include:

• Developing core features using Django and React Native (Expo)
• Handling long-running tasks and async workflows in Django
• Managing state in React Native for complex data interactions
• Designing CI/CD pipelines for full-stack deployment

Who We’re Looking For

Seeking a highly self-managed Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Django and React Native (Expo). Join a small, fast-moving team in fintech, working independently to deliver high-quality results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading full-cycle development of features
• Building secure, scalable financial systems
• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
• Making architectural decisions for performance and security
• Writing clean, testable code and reviewing PRs
• Operating effectively in a high-expectation, low-oversight environment

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep experience with Django (DRF, Celery, PostgreSQL)
• Solid experience with React Native and Expo
• Proficiency with REST APIs, authentication, and state management
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, deployment
• Strong understanding of data models and system design
• Ability to work autonomously and with urgency

Bonus Points

• Experience in fintech or regulated environments
