Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack development with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Relational DB experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and testing strategies.
• Understanding of software development best practices and system design.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD or DevOps is advantageous.
• Experience with NoSQL, microservices, or event-driven architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of full-stack products from UI to backend.
• Create and maintain responsive UIs with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and services.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Present features and technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Conduct peer code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
• Lead improvements to reduce technical debt and optimize performance.
• Mentor junior developers to foster engineering excellence.
