Your role

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will support and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional technology solutions and an outstanding customer experience in our Vehicle Payments Division. You should have a deep understanding of technology and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a complex, multi-product environment. Operating as a senior technical member across cross-functional development teams, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Technology

• Manage software engineering processes for the product lifecycle, aligning team and stakeholder goals.
• Promote best practices and patterns across all squads and team members.
• Assist the team with technological challenges and solutions.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
• Encourage a learning environment through experimentation and skill development.
• Perform technical risk management to mitigate issues early.
• Ensure quality and process improvements, including automation and testing, to achieve consistent results. Support agile processes and backlog management.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Develop and maintain Dotnet Frameworks and microservices supporting scalable components (Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, .NET Core).
• Experience with solutions using .NET Core, C#, AWS functions, Logic Apps, Service Queues, etc., following design patterns.
• Understanding of system design, data structures, and experience with relational (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Redis.
• Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures, complex queries, and performance tuning.
• Experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud platform.
• Ability to design software components and lead code reviews, applying best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, product owners, and technical leads.
• Demonstrate ownership, prioritize tasks, and build influential relationships.

Added Advantages

• Familiarity with mobile development using Dart/Flutter, including UI and animations.
• Understanding of native technologies like Android and iOS, Firebase, and REST/JSON APIs.
• Knowledge of design patterns (MVP, MVVM, MVC) and mobile app management.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands or UK with valid work authorization.
