Futureheads have been brought in to help a tech-first start-up operating in the healthcare space secure a key software engineer hire.

In this role you will get the chance to own and grow a critical part of the company’s technology strategy. Working across their flagship web and mobile products, you will face a wide variety of technical challenges, that directly improve the lives of many people and shape this space.

As a small team you will need to be comfortable collaborating on technical concepts and then executing on delivery yourself.

The team operate a loose Scrumban methodology, with an emphasis on short feedback cycles and continuous improvement. Beyond this you’d also need to be happy to communicate with end users as and when needed.
