Futureheads have been brought in to help a tech-first start-up operating in the healthcare space secure a key software engineer hire.

In this role you will get the chance to own and grow a critical part of the company’s technology strategy. Working across their flagship web and mobile products, you will face a wide variety of technical challenges, that directly improve the lives of many people and shape this space.
As a small team you will need to be comfortable collaborating on technical concepts and then executing on delivery yourself. The team operate a loose Scrumban methodology, with an emphasis on short feedback cycles and continuous improvement. Beyond this you’d also need to be happy to communicate with end users as and when needed.

The company have a modern tech stack with a focus on developer experience and shipping high quality software. Members of the team will inform future tech choices, but you can expect to work with the following initially:
