• 5+ years of professional software development, with at least 2 years in Senior/Lead Full Stack.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET framework for backend services and APIs.
• Strong proficiency with Next.js and React for modern web apps.
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven ability to work in a structured Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, architectural thinking, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Fluency in Russian to communicate with core team members and stakeholders.
