Job summary

Talan is seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to join a high impact technology team responsible for risk, valuation, and decision support systems. You will work across the full stack, collaborating with business users and technical peers in an agile setting.

Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the London office. You will design features across UI, backend, and data layers, while contributing to system design, reviews, and on-call support in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of TypeScript and React.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Ability to work in fast paced, collaborative environments with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high quality features across UI, backend services, and data layers.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Contribute to system design, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Support live systems and participate in an on-call rota.
• Work in a fast paced environment balancing quick deliveries with longer term enhancements.
