Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape and deliver scalable, cloud-based Industrial AI solutions that create meaningful outcomes for customers and the business. Qualifications

• Strong experience in full stack software engineering across front-end and back-end.
• Solid experience with modern front-end technologies, particularly React.
• Strong back-end engineering experience, ideally including GoLang.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native applications.
• DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, automation, and incident response.
• Experience delivering secure, observable production software.
• Leadership in technical design and cross-team collaboration.
• Ownership mindset with accountability from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs, services, and accessibility-first user interfaces.
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems into modular, event-driven, API-first components.
• Deliver AI-native features across front-end and back-end using multiple languages.
• Provide technical direction and make trade-offs around scalability and maintainability.
• Own reliability and operational excellence including telemetry, SLOs, incident response, and continuous improvement.
• Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and operations.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, testing, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, AI, Platform Engineering, and other teams on discovery and delivery.
