Job summary

1inch is seeking a hands‑on frontend engineering leader to guide the technical execution and architecture of the web dApp. You’ll build secure, scalable frontend systems, shape wallet interactions and blockchain integrations, and raise engineering standards for quality and maintainability.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive secure‑by‑design practices, and collaborate with product, design, backend, mobile, QA, and analytics to deliver reliable features and long‑term platform health.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in frontend or full-stack development with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Angular and building large production web apps.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, design patterns, and performance.
• Experience integrating REST and Web3 APIs with wallets and multi-chain UX.
• Experience with AI-native engineering environments like Cursor AI.
• Committed to secure engineering practices and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and frontend direction for the 1inch web dApp with security at the core.
• Develop production code for key features and complex Web3 user journeys.
• Design secure integrations with backend services, blockchain APIs, wallet providers, signing flows, and transactions.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards for security, performance, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
• Mentor frontend engineers through reviews, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering practices while maintaining high quality and security.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, mobile, QA, and analytics to deliver scalable features.
