Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join a cross-functional Agile team delivering EDI products. You will design and build high-quality, maintainable user interfaces while guiding the technical direction of the team.

You will work with UX, backend, and product stakeholders to deliver user-friendly features for our cloud-native EDI platform. This senior role includes mentoring, code quality focus, and exploring AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and learning.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, responsive design and browser behaviour.
• Experience designing and building maintainable frontend applications at scale.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of frontend testing practices and tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality frontend features using React and TypeScript.
• Take ownership of complex technical work from design through to delivery.
• Contribute to technical planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Help improve engineering standards, documentation, testing practices, and development workflows.
• Explore and promote responsible use of AI-assisted development tools where they can improve team effectiveness.
