Senior Front-End Software Engineer

The Role:

We’re looking for our first dedicated frontend developer to shape the direction of our product at a pivotal moment in our journey. You’ll be involved in everything from designing workflows to architecting the frontend stack — all while having significant ownership in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

This is not just about building pages. You’ll help rethink how modern software can serve industries that rarely see thoughtful digital tools. Expect to invent new patterns, simplify complexity, and create elegant experiences for users who may be engaging with this kind of tech for the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build fast, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces that make advanced AI feel accessible and useful
• Design user-friendly flows for people who are new to modern SaaS products
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to structure and present disorganised, real-world data in clear and actionable ways
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, tooling, and infrastructure from day one
• Establish strong engineering practices and code standards for future team members
• Work directly with the founding team to ship features that drive real-world outcomes

About You

• You have 2+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in a startup or small team setting
• You’re passionate about frontend technologies and stay up to date on trends and best practices
• You enjoy building, experimenting, and launching — personal projects are a big plus
• You’re excited by AI and natural interfaces, even if you haven’t worked with them before
• You’re a builder at heart — you care about impact, iteration, and usability
• You don’t need any prior experience in our target industries — we’ll teach you, and you might even grow to love them
