The Company is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Rewards Tech team in Maidstone. You will own the frontend across Cashback and Custard apps, delivering revenue-driving features and raising the bar on UX.

Qualifications

• Senior frontend engineer with production-grade React and TypeScript on the web.
• Hands-on mobile app development with React Native (iOS/Android).
• Strong eye for UX and product feel, not just function.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery and test automation.
• Comfortable collaborating across the stack with Python backend services.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend across Cashback and Custard apps and websites from build to release.
• Ship new features that drive revenue and user retention in collaboration with product and backend teams.
• Develop and maintain automated end-to-end tests to stabilize staging and releases.
• Elevate web and app UX standards across both brands.
• Collaborate with backend developers on Python services behind the apps.
