About the role

We're seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to shape the future of our B2C products. This role involves working within a cross-functional, agile, and diverse team dedicated to delivering intuitive and impactful digital experiences for our customers.

Our B2C team is transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a modern microservices architecture using a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) approach. You will work with technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript to build highly scalable and performant user interfaces.

What you will be doing

• Deliver a seamless, customer-first onboarding journey supporting various drivers and policy types.
• Lead the development of new products and features emphasizing performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Improve and evolve existing digital products to deliver market-leading insurance experiences.
• Mentor and support other engineers to elevate team capabilities.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, pair programming, and a QA-focused approach.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to rapidly bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to a high-performing engineering culture with CI/CD practices enabling deployment up to 20 times daily.
