Job summary

Insight Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer ready to step into a Lead role and drive the frontend technology stack. You’ll mentor peers and help shape the roadmap with product and wider teams in a multi-award-winning health tech environment.

You will have freedom to identify the best tools and approaches, build modern frontends, and lead by example in coding with TDD and Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban. This role offers clear leadership growth within the team.

Our customer is currently looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who is ready to take that step-up to becoming the Lead Frontend Engineer, you will will bring technical leadership to the frontend technology stack. Day to day you will work with other frontend engineers in the organisation to make sure the frontends are built with modern tools and techniques, making sure that users always comes first.

You will be given the freedom to identifying appropriate technology and approaches, working closely with the product team and the wider organisation to create and deliver roadmaps of desired features.
