Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer
Location: Liverpool City Centre on a hybrid working basis
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Architect scalable, reusable front-end components with clean, maintainable code.
• Optimise apps for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Deploy and manage applications using Nginx, Docker, and Azure.
• Collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product owners in a supportive, agile environment.
• Mentor junior developers, champion best practices, and help shape our engineering culture.
• Contribute ideas, share feedback, and grow together with a team that values openness and collaboration.
• Bonus: React NativeExperience with React Native is a huge plus! If you have it, you'll help us expand our digital products to mobile, bringing an even better experience to our customers.

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior-level experience developing production-ready front-end applications.
• Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Good grasp of modern front-end architecture, performance, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker) and cloud deployment (Azure).
• A natural collaborator with strong communication skills — you thrive in a team setting.
• A culture fit who loves mentoring others, sharing ideas, and helping the whole team level up.
• Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for crafting beautiful user experiences.
• Experience with React Native is desirable but not mandatory.

• Experience with React Native for mobile development
• Understanding of modern state management patterns (Redux, Zustand)
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web vitals
